The following students attending Rockford University were named to the Dean's List for the fpring 2017 semester, earning at least a 3.5 GPA with no grades below "C" and having completed all requirements for the semester.

Augustana College announced 977 students were named to the Dean's List for the 2017 spring term. Students who have earned this academic honor have maintained a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a four-point scale for courses taken during the term.

A group of thirteen undergraduate students from Iowa State University were selected to present their research on world food issues during a reception before the annual Norman Borlaug Lecture, given by the 2015 World Food Prize Laureate. The top three posters as judged by faculty received special recognition and a scholarship before the lecture, which begins World Food Prize Week.
